We are currently in a constant state of separation. We see ourselves as separate from each other, separate from the Universe, separate from our wholeness.
Separation is an illusion that has been created by our beliefs. Not a singular belief, but a multitude of beliefs.
So we can say, the process of ascending into an elevated state of consciousness is less about the "process" of becoming one/whole/healed/abundant.
And, in truth, all about overcoming the beliefs that have eluded to separation in the first place.
